  1. Some people just belong to either jail or mental treatment facilities. Let law abiding and hard working people live a decent life.

  2. Lack of resources for mentally ill people. Until they can get it together, unfortunately this will keep happening & won't stop. They need to be housed in a court ordered mental institution. Prison doesn't have the resources to help those that suffer but if that's the only place they have keep them locked up until they can facilitate them. This is a state problem & that governor needs to do something. Recall his A$$

  3. A government that chooses to not protect us, especially the most vulnerable amongst us, is a failed government.

  4. Oh, it's California. No wonder he was out…and will be again, and again, and again, and again, and again

(20 minutes later) …and again, and again

  5. If something had happened to him during one of his numerous arrests, there would have been a riot and he would have been made another martyr.

  6. No doubt they have the wrong guy……..just when he was turning his life around. Imagine the coincidence……..

  7. 👋🏿UM DID EVAN PUT ANYTHING ON THIS DUDES BOOKS? THEY LOOK PRETTY CHUMMY DURING THEIR VIST! LIKE EVAN WAS TELLING HIM ABOUT HIS DATE LAST NIGHT!🧐🤔😅😅😅🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👌🏿👍🏿😇

  8. You can’t rehabilitate someone like that. He’s just a statistic and when he’s released he will commit another crime.

Jailing him for the rest of his life seems harsh but at the same time appropriate. There is no medication that will make him want to stop committing crimes and no one can rehab him especially the criminal justice system.

  9. Is there anything you can't do that would actually keep you in jail? This country is going down the tube…buy bullets!!! Lots of them!

  10. What the fuck! Why do they keep letting him go! A fucking misdemeanor for breaking into a house and barricading himself inside! What the fuck is happening!

  11. Stop the catch and release bull shit!! What more evidence do you need that he isn’t changing and isn’t fit for society???!?
