  1. Come to beautiful San Francisco. Stay in luxurious back alley streets, next to giant hotels next to the dumpster where it smells like piss. Wake up early to walk 10 ft out to the sidewalk and bumb for change .. like the city… called tax… Bring some marshmallows in case there's another fire. ( Same time next week ? )

  2. thats a good way of getting rid of your tenants just up the insurance the land will still be theirs to rebuild and double the rent. i wish this had not happen to the good people who lived there
